At Inner City Apartments we guarantee check in from 2:00 p.m. but if the room is ready upon your arrival, you are welcome to check in before. If the room is not ready when you arrive, you can store your luggage with us at no charge until the room is available.

Check out from the room is at 10:00 a.m. at the latest, but if you need a late check out, please contact us upon arrival or during your stay and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Similar to check in, you have the option to store your luggage when checking out.

If you expect to arrive after 7:00p.m., please notify us using the form at the bottom of the page to request after hours check-in instructions. It's important to fill out the Pre-Arrival Check-in form (online) within a timely manner so we may customise your check in experience.

Please note that after hours check-in is only available for guests who pre-arranged with us prior to arrival. After obtaining after hours check-in instructions, guests can perform self-check-in when arriving the building after hours.
Guaranteed Reservations
At Inner City Apartments, a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 7:00 p.m.). All reservations made through the web site must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Please be advised that as of September 23, 2017, all transactions settled by credit card at Inner City Apartments will be subject to a 3% credit card surcharge fee added to the total amount of the transaction.
Smoking Policy
All apartments are non-smoking. Fines will apply to guests who do not adhere to this policy.
Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy requires reservation cancellations or changes to be advised to us by 2p.m. hotel time, 14 days prior to arrival. The total reservation amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 14 days before your scheduled arrival.
